about us

We are the COA – a big family with many different ethnicities, languages and cultures. Despite our diversity we have one collective goal:
We want to experience something.

The story of the apostles is the story of unexplained deeds and events. It is the story where impossible becomes possible. The book of Acts has not yet ended. Signs and wonders still happen.

We are a dynamic, passionate and active fellowship. Our belief is not a religious custom but a lifestyle. We believe that love is the highest commandment — Love for one another and compassion for other people. We believe there is only one God who can do the impossible. Our principles and teachings are found in the bible and in it our passion is found as well. Every service is a celebration and a new experience.

Our main services are held on following days:

Sunday Bible Study 10 am*
Sunday Service 11 am*
Wednesday Service 7.30 pm*
Friday Youth 6.30 pm
Saturday Farsi Service 6 pm
Saturday Prayer 7 pm

Alongside our main services we have different meetings that are fitted to the needs of targeted group. Most definitely you will find something that fits you. Get to know new people, socialize, become part of our family and talk about God and our world.

*Our Services and Preaching are multilingual in english, german, french, portuguese and farsi.

When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

Acts 2:1–4

And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your young men shall see visions, Your old men shall dream dreams.

Acts 2:17

And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.

Mark 16:17 – 18

So continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and simplicity of heart, praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added [q]to the church daily those who were being saved.

Apostelgeschichte 2:46–47

You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself.

Matthew 22:37 – 39

Therefore concerning the eating of things offered to idols, we know that an idol is nothing in the world, and that there is no other God but one. For even if there are so-called gods, whether in heaven or on earth (as there are many gods and many lords), yet for us there is one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we for Him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, through whom are all things, and through whom we live.

The small Ones

In order for the adults to be able to listen to the sermons we offer every sunday two children’s groups for the ages 3-6 and 7-12. In sunday school they learn about Jesus and the stories in the bible. Crafting, singing and playing is part of it too.
For mothers with babies and toddlers we have a nursery to attend to their needs in peace and comfort.

Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God.

Youth and Young Adults

Our youth group, age 13 years and older, is called Kingdomshakers. They are shaking the foundations of the kingdoms of this world. They are an active group and involved in every service. Along with field trips and choir practices they also have their own service every friday at 5:30pm
Our Young Adults group, ages 18-30, is called HYPHEN. HYPHEN signifies that time between youth and full adulthood when many very important decisions are made. Due to their busy schedule, HYPHEN meets spontaneously for comfy gatherings or outings. More details are found on our Facebook page.

Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.

Women of Worth

Every woman deserves some downtime! Because of that, every first Tuesday of the month at 6pm there is a gathering of women. Together they speak about the word of God, pray for one another, and afterwards they have a time of fellowship while exchanging nuggets of wisdom. You don’t want to miss this wonderful gathering.

Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the Lord, she shall be praised.
Proverbs 31:30

… and the Word was with God

The bible contains many parables and revelations that are sometimes only clear after the second or third time of reading them. Are you interested in the bible and its content? We offer personal bible studies, where we walk through the Bible including historical, geographical, and cultural backgrounds

Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.
Psalms 119:105

Expressive and Passionate

Music is an important part of worship and is important to us. Once a month, we meet on a Saturday to learn new songs and grow as a team. If you want a glimpse of our gospel workshop, contact us: hello@coawien.at

Praise ye the Lord. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power. Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness. Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp. Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs. Praise him upon the loud cymbals: praise him upon the high sounding cymbals. Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord.
Psalms 150
